Craft whisky made from organic barley.
Nose, big vanilla, green apples, subtle sour peat, cheap milkchocolate (the kind you find in advents calendars) and herbs.. i think oregano is the one. There’s oak and a slighty smoked cheddar cheese note.
The cheese is also easily found on the palate along with tons of tropical fruit. Grapefruit, peaches and pineapples. Black pepper, salt and green grass. And after a while you can find hints of cava/champagne in it.. almost feels like it has some sort of carbonization in it. This malt just keeps on revealing, it never ends.
